777xz Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "777xz", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 777xz platform available at 777xz.bio, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 777xz website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any services accessible through those channels, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and account management tools.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the 777xz Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a User on the 777xz Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a User's 777xz Account, not including bonus credits unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash benefit credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the 777xz Platform for Pakistani users.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777xz Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 777xz Platform and are not permitted to register an Account or place any wager.

Your continued use of the 777xz Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an Account and use the 777xz Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777xz does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or access real-money gaming services. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You do not hold any other existing Account on the 777xz Platform. Each natural person is entitled to maintain one Account only.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 777xz Platform by self-exclusion or operator action.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or related party of 777xz or any of its affiliated companies, group entities, software providers, or business partners.
• Participation in the gaming services offered through 777xz is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of play.

At registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and such other information as 777xz may request for the purpose of identity and age verification. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account.

777xz reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xz Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 777xz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting [email protected]. 777xz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

777xz will never contact you via SMS, email, or live chat to request your password, full CNIC number, or one-time verification codes. Any communication purporting to make such a request is fraudulent. Report such communications to [email protected] immediately.

You are permitted to enable two-factor authentication on your Account. 777xz strongly recommends that all users activate this security feature, particularly users who access the Platform using shared or public devices.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

The 777xz Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time as notified on the Platform.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 777xz Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance (excluding any locked Bonus Funds) at any time via the Wallet section of your Account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777xz processes withdrawal requests within 48 hours for fully verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timelines of the selected payment method.

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, except where 777xz determines otherwise following a review.
• 777xz reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Account holder, or cryptocurrency wallets are not permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777xz may from time to time make bonus offers, promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, and other incentives available to registered users. The following general terms apply to all such offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, the details of which will be specified at the time of the offer. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible users who satisfy all conditions stated in the offer, including minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and time limits.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Where a user holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will be used first for wagers, unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular game or promotion.
• 777xz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses obtained through abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live sports betting markets, certain live casino games, and selected slots — may be partially or fully excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment. Refer to individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 777xz Platform. Specific rules for individual products — including cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, sports betting, and other game categories — are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777xz will not accept cancellation of confirmed bets except where specifically permitted under applicable game rules or where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• 777xz reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed on the basis of information not publicly available at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or other integrity concerns.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These are displayed on the relevant game interface or market. 777xz reserves the right to alter individual account betting limits at any time where justified by risk management considerations.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 777xz will determine the outcome based on available server records. Where this is not possible, 777xz reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.
• All published game Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent long-run statistical averages for the certified game configuration and do not represent a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

777xz's decision on all matters relating to the settlement of bets and the outcome of casino games is final, subject only to the formal dispute process outlined in Section 13.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xz Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Participating in match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of any sport or casino game.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to assist in placing bets or playing casino games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any card game, poker variant, or tournament.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through use of the 777xz Platform.
• Allowing another individual to access or use your Account, or accessing or using another individual's Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 777xz staff, live casino dealers, or other Platform users.

9 Responsible Gaming

777xz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. By using the Platform you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and confirm that you are participating in gaming activity as a form of entertainment within your personal financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777xz Account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net losses you can sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic reminders or session cut-offs to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 777xz Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, irrespective of any subsequent request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and other intellectual property accessible through the 777xz Platform are the exclusive property of 777xz or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

The 777xz name, logo, and brand identifiers are the trade marks of 777xz. No use of these marks is permitted without prior written authorisation from 777xz.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, even if 777xz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777xz's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds then standing to the credit of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

777xz does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time. 777xz will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

777xz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where, in 777xz's sole determination, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Account holder is or appears to be under 21 years of age.
• The Account holder has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The Account holder has attempted to charge-back, reverse, or otherwise dispute any deposit transaction without first contacting 777xz support.
• The Account holder has self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new Account.
• Regulatory, licensing, anti-money laundering, or law enforcement obligations require 777xz to restrict or close the Account.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or fraud, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Account holder via the payment method used for deposits following completion of any required verification.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the 777xz Platform, you must in the first instance contact the 777xz customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint, your Account username, and any relevant supporting information.

777xz aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex complaints may require additional time to investigate; you will be informed of this if applicable.

All complaints will be handled in accordance with 777xz's formal complaints procedure. The decision of 777xz following completion of the formal complaints procedure is final and binding, subject only to any external dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable gaming licence framework.

Any legal action or proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 777xz Platform must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the cause of action arose. After that period, all claims are irrevocably barred.

14 Amendments to Terms

777xz reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777xz will provide registered Account holders with notification of the changes via registered email address or via a prominent Platform notification, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory obligation — may take effect immediately without advance notice.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always published at 777xz.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of the document reflects the date on which the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 777xz's operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict 777xz's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property, or player funds.
